Success starts here. Relevant, hands-on learning through JA has the power to economically empower our students and transform our communities.

Our mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Our work bridges the gap between education and the real world by delivering specialized programs both in school and after school.

Our programs focus on financial health, work readiness and entrepreneurship – giving students in grades 4-12 the tools they need for their futures.  We have recently added online programming in both teacher-led and student self-directed models.

Working with corporate partners, volunteers and teachers, we create important connections to the workforce and prepare youth for the jobs of tomorrow. JA South Western Ontario supports students from Windsor-Essex to Grey-Bruce to Niagara.
